In a non-political event, presidential candidate Mike Huckabee
will visit Columbia College next month to deliver the 2008 Schiffman
Ethics in Society Lecture at Columbia College, school officials said
today.
The former Arkansas governor will deliver a lecture titled
"Ethics Surrounding the Future of Medical & Health Care," said Lana
Poole of the school's Public Relations and Marketing Office. The
lecture is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. March 13 at Launer Auditorium,
1001 Rogers St. The event is free and open to the public, and doors
open at 6:30 p.m. A question-and-answer session for students,
faculty, staff and reporters precedes the lecture at 3 p.m. in
Dorsey Gym.
