Something New" came to Chicago last week, aligning reality stars,
an Angel and 1,500 young Democrats.
Held at W Hotel City Center, 172 W. Adams, the Democratic National
Committee event honored Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.). Also
attending was "Charlie's Angels" star Drew Barrymore, who was there
to interview attendees for an upcoming documentary.
And of the two ladies, guess which one was a peach, and which one
wasn't? Although she was nearly two hours late, the congeniality
prize goes to Clinton, who happily mugged and hugged for our camera
after being asked by smooth-talking Illinois Democratic Senate
candidate Barack Obama. (He gets my vote for "best man to know at a
party.")
