Two more mums have come forward to reveal a mix-up at Torbay Hospital's maternity unit after a baby in special care was given the wrong breast milk.

In the latest incident a baby girl in the special care baby unit was given expressed breast milk from a different mother in October 2007.

The two mothers decided to break their silence after the Herald Express this week revealed that a baby was given to the wrong mother and breastfed at Torbay Hospital's award-winning maternity unit in 2005. That mother spoke out after an almost identical mix-up at Nottinghamshire's Bassetlaw Hospital.

Torbay Hospital has now revealed that disciplinary action was taken as a result of the 2005 mistake.
