I have come here to Munich after another resounding victory for democracy in Serbia. What began in October 2000 has been firmly consolidated. For the first time since the overthrow of Slobodan Milosevic, we are within reach of the point of no return in Southeast Europe.

Sunday last marked the beginning of a fresh chapter in the region's development. Our success is a great victory for all who believe that Europe is good for Serbia, good for the Balkans, good for all the nations of the Old Continent. I know that many of you in this room ...
