TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 17, 2008) - Twenty-five
elementary schools tied for the top spot in the Report Card on
Ontario's Elementary Schools: 2008 Edition, released today by
independent research organization The Fraser Institute.
The Report Card on Ontario's Elementary Schools: 2008 Edition
rates 2,786 English and French, public and separate elementary
schools from across Ontario based on nine key indicators derived
from province-wide tests of reading, writing, and mathematics skills
administered by the province's Education Quality and Accountability
Office. A small number of private schools are also included.
