The homes are to be developed on land off Axholme Drive, Epworth after Allison Homes Eastern Ltd resubmitted an application to North Lincolnshire Council's planning department.

A variety of house types are included in the scheme, with a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom properties.

Eight affordable homes would be part of the project, as well as public open space.

Permission was originally granted for the project but it was then withdrawn after an agreement under section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the provision of education, affordable housing and public open space was not ...
