Article: INSIDE TV & RADIO; A month after heart attack, Dunn returns to Wisconsin Public Radio

Kathleen Dunn was back on the air Tuesday morning after nearly a month away from the microphone, telling Wisconsin Public Radio listeners that she had been sidelined by a heart attack.

The 60-year-old Dunn was in fine voice and clearly ready to delve into a presidential race that had become more interesting during her absence.

But she opened her 9 to 10 a.m. weekday show, airing in Milwaukee on WHAD-FM (90.7), with an explanation:

"It has been almost a month since I've been with you. For those of you who are wondering what happened to me . . . I had a heart attack the last day of January, and surgery immediately thereafter.

"I am now easing back into work," she said.
