Thousands of pounds are being netted by leasing homes bought for
Aberdeen's bypass.
Three properties in the Milltimber Brae area have been let, with
monthly charges of more than pounds1,000.
A fourth is still on the market.
Bypass bosses have spent pounds6 million snapping up homes
needed for the road.
Some owners have already opted to sell rather than wait for a
compulsory purchase order.
Bypass bosses have defended the policy of buying homes ahead of a
public inquiry into the road, and final approval for the plans from
the Scottish Government.
