TO cruise or not to cruise? That is the question which divides
holidaymakers. No other way of spending your five weeks a year
brings out such a divide.
You either love the idea of spending your holiday at sea, or can
think of nothing worse.
Or you could be like me - indifferent. I had never been on a
cruise and, if I'm honest, had never really wanted to.
But when it was offered to me I jumped at the chance to see what
all the fuss was about.
I've met plenty of people who have been cruising, but they were
all couples and over 50 unlike me.
Luckily I was trying out a new style of cruising. I was with
Norwegian Cruise Liners (NCL) on their brand new fresh-out-of-the-
