ALL change at Barclays. City Spy reported on 18 February that
Leigh Bruce, the former communications boss at Barclays Capital, had
been brought back and given a newly created grand role as head of
comms for IBIM that's investment banking and investment management,
which includes BarCap, run by Bob Diamond. As City Spy noted: "That
