Oscar 'Larry' Ashmore

Oscar "Larry" Ashmore, 62, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2008. He was born October 21, 1945, in Texarkana, Ark.

He retired from Quality Execution Inc. Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Navy from 1962-66, during which he served on the USS Bryce Canyon. He was a member of the American Mountain Man Association, a life member of the Harley Owners Group and a member of the River City H.O.G. Chapter 12-10. He also was a Boy Scout leader and an avid Harley rider.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Belinda Shannon, and parents, R. Lloyd and Aliene.
