A Swansea chef has been showered with compliments for the royal
feast he cooked up yesterday.
Nick Bevan, owner of the Mermaid Hotel, Mumbles, said the lunch
at the Guildhall was a huge success.
Around 275 civic and business leaders joined the Queen and the
Duke of Edinburgh for a three-course lunch at the Brangwyn Hall.
Nick said: "The guests were seated a little earlier than we
expected, but it went really well.
