Visitscotland chairman Peter Lederer was celebrating a new
promotion for some of the country's best cafes yesterday, when he
joined local tourism businesses to talk tourism and sample the wares
at Oban Chocolate Company.
The Chocolate Company is one of 200 cafes around Scotland
featured in the national tourism agency's new Cafe Days campaign,
which encourages cafes and neighbouring tourism businesses to
promote each other's services through personal recommendations and
information on the promotional website.
The Cafe Days website shows visitors where they can get a great
cuppa and cake while on holiday, as well as promoting the
