Two San Fernando Valley auto dealers have been honored by General
Motors as Dealer of the Year. Bert Boeckmann of Saturn of the Valley
in North Hills and Howard Drake of Casa De Cadillac in Sherman Oaks
received the Jack Smith Leadership Award in recognition of their
customer service and sales performance.
Atul Bhatnagar has been promoted to president and chief executive
officer of Ixia, a global provider of Internet-protocol performance
test systems. He succeeds Errol Ginsberg, who will continue as
chairman of the board and also will lead the newly formed Ixia Labs.
Bhatnagar was hired in September as president of the Calabasas-
