MILWAUKEE - State Rep. Jason Fields was arrested for drunken
driving early Wednesday after authorities saw him swerving on the

Fields, a Democrat from Milwaukee, failed a field sobriety test,

level was 0.13 percent, above the state's limit of 0.08 percent,
Clarke said.
Fields was arrested around 1 a.m. on Interstate 43 heading
southbound in Milwaukee, he said.
