Time is quickly running out for Cirencester Town to save their
British Gas Football League Premier Division status.
Adi Viveash's men were 10 points from safety going into today's
match at title-chasing King's Lynn.
They go to Hemel Hempstead Town, a club with an outside chance of
making the play-offs, on Monday.
With seven further matches remaining after the Bank Holiday trip
to Vauxhall Road, an unsuccessful Easter would almost certainly
consign the Centurions to the drop.
Cirencester can take some heart from the fact that they managed
to defeat Hemel at the Corinium Stadium when the sides last met on
New Year's Day, Scott Griffin netting the only goal of the game in
the 63rd minute.
