Article: Kings of goat's cheese spread the word

After more than 30 years of producing goat cheese, Judy King is about to spread her considerable knowledge amongst some of the county's leading chefs.

And soon she hopes to add two new cheeses to her range, brie and blue cheese.

Judy and her husband Bert keep 40 milking goats at Wharf Farm in Cambridge, Gloucestershire.

Originally they made Single and Double Gloucester cheese but now concentrates on the latter together with Caerphilly and Cotswold recipes.
