Three of Mark Courtney's brothers say they went to the Charles
County courthouse Thursday morning in search of answers to
questions that have been spinning in their heads since the
Leonardtown man was hit by a car and killed last month after an
illegal street race on Indian Head Highway.
The Courtneys say they keep calling the detectives investigating
the incident but have yet to receive answers to their questions: How
fast was the car going? Were the headlights on? Did the driver see
the crowd standing on the dark highway?
Prince George's County police say they are still investigating
the accident. No charges have been filed against Darren Jamar
