Q: Product refund
Could you find out what has happened to Ab Energizer? I purchased
one of their units in November 2001. It was incomplete. I returned it
in January and have a UPS receipt. I have contacted them by phone and
was told my refund was on the way. I wrote six letters. It is now
August and I have received nothing from them. Now a message on the
800 number says to write to another address or send an e-mail to ask
about refunds and all inquiries will be acknowledged. I have written
three letters and have received nothing. What is happening?
