Plenty of museums in Las Vegas for the nongamblers
Q. I'mnot into gambling but have to visit Las Vegas for a few
days. Are there any museums or other cultural things there?
A. It's a little-appreciated fact, but Las Vegas has a surprising
number of museums -- some highbrow, others decidedly kitschy. On the
highbrow end of the scale, there's hotel developer Steve Wynn's The
Wynn Collection,a temporary home for his impressive collection of
Impressionist masterpieces (3145 Las Vegas Blvd. S., 702-733-4100).
The Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art at the Bellagio Hotel showcases
traveling exhibits of paintings, sculpture and other art forms ($12,
