He has starred in movies such as "Above the Law" and "Out for Justice" but now allegations in court documents indicate action movie actor Steven Seagal may have played a role in a plot to intimidate a reporter -- a scheme that included alleged mob figures,a dead fish and a rose.

Alexander Proctor, an ex-convict who is charged with threatening Los Angeles Times reporter Anita Busch, allegedly told an informant during secretly recorded conversations that he was hired by a private investigator to scare Busch off of a story about Seagal and an alleged organized crime associate, court papers state.
