Q: Health insurance
Does California have a state health insurance program for people
who do not have insurance but are willing to pay for insurance? I
know they have programs for people 65 and older and for young people
with children but I can't find insurance for someone in the in-
between ages.

California offers two insurance programs, both for people with low
