RESTAURANT CRITIC
I do not believe there's a night of the week when there isn't a
wait for a table at the Cheesecake Factory. I've been there on
weekdays, and there's a wait. I've been there on weekends, and
there's a much longer wait. I've been there early. And I've been
there late. And there's always a wait.
As at Claim Jumper, waiting for a table at the Cheesecake Factory
is part of the experience. That _ and working your way through a menu
that's big enough for about a dozen restaurants. The menu at the
Cheesecake Factory may well be the largest in town, outside of the
Chinese seafood joints. It would be hard to imagine a restaurant
offering more options than the Cheesecake Factory.
