Milton Bradley issued a warning of sorts on his first day as a
Dodger.
"I'm just really stern in my beliefs," he said then. "I don't bite
my tongue. I'll get the best of you."
Bradley may or may not have gotten the best of home plate umpire
Sam Holbrook, but one thing is for certain -- after Holbrook ejected
Bradley in the first inning Saturday night, the San Francisco Giants
got the best of the Dodgers for the first time this season, 5-3, in
front of a sellout crowd of 54,820 at Dodger Stadium.
Now the Dodgers might be wondering if Bradley was warning them.
