Three years ago the events of 9-11 didn't stop cultural- and
language-loving Roy Barnes of Cheyenne from traveling to Spain to
help business professionals learn conversational English.
Barnes learned about Englishtown, which is nestled in a
mountainous valley in the old sheepherder's town of Valdelavilla, in
February 2001 on Frommer's Web site.
The program is a travel-to-teach program by Vaughan Systems.
According to a Frommer's article on the Vaughanvillage.com Web
site, Vaughan Systems is an American-owned English language school
based in Spain. Founder Richard Vaughan sponsored the first program
in July 2001.
Meals, room, board and transportation to and from Valdelavilla are
