CHEYENNE - On the east side of the Snowy Range in the Medicine Bow National Forest, a network of some 265 miles of unauthorized roads gradually has crept through the forest.

Soon part of them may provide new recreational opportunities for motorcyclists and ATV enthusiasts, one that takes them off often- sedate dirt roads and puts them in closer contact with the forest.
