The Wyoming Supreme Court upheld two life sentences for a man
convicted of providing a firearm used to kill Joseph Lopez.

CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Supreme Court on Thursday denied an appeal
from a man linked to the 2004 shooting death of another man here.
Emilio Teniente of Greeley, Colo., was sentenced in 2005 by
Laramie County District Judge Edward Grant to two life sentences
without parole.
Teniente was convicted of providing Eddie Magallanes of North
Platte, Neb., with the firearm used to kill Joseph Lopez of Greeley.
