New York mayor teams up with Olympic champions to boost city's Olympic bid

NEW YORK, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) -- New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg welcomed eight of the world's greatest Olympic athletes to Bryant Park on Friday in an effort to boost the city's bid to host the 2012 Summer Games.
