Former Philippine President Ramos to chair Bo'ao Forum for Asia

MANILA, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Former Philippine President Fidel V. Ramos will leave on Wednesday for China to preside over the 4th annual meeting of the members and board of directors of the Bo'ao Forum for Asia (BFA).

Ramos will lead a powerhouse Philippine economic delegation to the conference, according to source of his office Tuesday.

Ramos will join at the BFA 2005 annual conference leaders and their representatives of more than 30 countries, including Australian Prime Minister John Howard, Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, King of Nepal Gyanendra BIR Bikram, and ...
