HK hosts first international symposium on national education

HONG KONG, June 7 (Xinhua) -- International Symposium on National Education opened Tuesday in Hong Kong.

Daniel Heung, Chairman of the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education (CPCE), said on the opening ceremony, "This is the first time for Hong Kong to host an international symposium on national education. We are very much honored to have 11 experts and scholars from different parts of the world to share with us their experience and expertise in national education."
