WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- The Bush administration, starting its second term early this year, has adjusted its foreign policy which could be discerned from a certain degree of restraint in unilaterism, downplaying of the preemptive-strike strategy and the strengthening of diplomatic maneuver.
