Malaysia to set up more fair price shops

KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 (Xinhua) -- Malaysia will set up more fair price shops to balance the public spending following recent rise in fuel prices, a senior official said on Friday.

Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Shafie Apdal said a committee would be formed to identify suitable premises to grant the fair shop status.
