Iranian foreign minister arrives in Pakistan for trade talks

ISLAMABAD, May 24 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki arrived in Islamabad early Wednesday to represent Tehran in the Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting.

The two-day JEC will begin in Islamabad later Wednesday, and the two sides will explore ways to boost bilateral trade, which at present stands at only 400 million U.S. dollars, sources said.
