Euro-zone industrial new orders down in April

BRUSSELS, June 22 (Xinhua) -- Euro-zone industrial new orders fell by 0.2 percent in April 2006 compared to the previous month, Eurostat, the statistical service of the European Union (EU), reported on Thursday.

Industrial new orders dropped by 1.6 percent in March and increased by 3.6 percent in February, all on a monthly basis.
