Greek, Turkish Cypriot leaders meet over missing people issue

NICOSIA, July 3 (Xinhua) -- Cypriot President Tassos Papadopoulos and Turkish Cypriot leader Mehmet Ali Talat met here on Monday over the missing people issue.

The meeting, which began at around 10:00 a.m. (0800 GMT) and lasted for one and a half hours, took place as Swiss diplomat Christophe Girod assumed duty as the third member of the Committee of Missing Persons (CMP).
