Brazil, Paraguay agree on joint action against foot-and-mouth disease

BUENOS AIRES, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Brazil and Paraguay's animal hygiene authorities, on Tuesday, agreed to implement joint policies to prevent outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease, in the area close to their shared borders, according to reports reaching here from Paraguay's capital Asuncion.
