Chinese Taipei comes from behind to claim Asiad baseball title

DOHA, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Taipei realized its dream of a baseball gold medal by staging a thrilling last-minute fight-back to defeat Japan 8-7 in the final of the 15th Asian Games here on Thursday.

The Doha Asiad tournament saved the best for last with a hard- fought match between two previously unbeaten teams that ebbed and flowed in the teeming rain and saw the lead change hands three times.
