Iran rejects preconditions for negotiations on nuclear program

VIENNA, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani told a press conference in Vienna on Tuesday that Iran is willing to restart negotiations on its nuclear program but rejects any pre-condition.

Earlier in the day, Larijani met Mohamed ElBaradei, chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and some other officials from Western countries in Vienna. However, the final outcome of the closed-door talks is still unclear.
