Mubarak calls for promoting inter-Arab economic integration

CAIRO, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Saturday underlined the necessity of promoting inter-Arab economic integration and expanding the bases of production, the official MENA news agency reported.

Mubarak made the remarks in a speech delivered on his behalf by Egyptian Manpower and Immigration Minister Aisha Abudl Hadi before the 34th session of the Arab Labor Conference that opened in Egypt 's Red Sea resort Sharm el-Sheikh on Saturday.
