Kenya Airways to add two new routes to West Africa

NAIROBI, May 30 (Xinhua) -- Kenya's flag carrier Kenya Airways said on Wednesday it will add two new routes to its West African network later this year to meet the growing demand.

Kenya Airways Chief Executive Office Titus Naikuni said the airline will open two new destinations to Abuja, Nigeria, and Malabo in Equatorial Guinea later this year as part of its expansion to West Africa.

"These two new destinations are part of Kenya Airways strategic expansion plan which aims at providing the widest coverage of African destinations and linking them to key destinations in Europe, Asia and China," Naikuni told an investor briefing in Nairobi.
