Nepali Interim Parliament postpones meeting on CPN-M motions

KATHMANDU, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- The Nepali Interim Parliament decided Sunday to postpone the meeting on discussion of motions raised by the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) (CPN-M) till Tuesday.

The meeting of the special session of the Interim Parliament was scheduled on Sunday to discuss the motions raised by CPN-M on Thursday on declaring the country a republic and adopting fully proportional representation electoral system for the upcoming Constituent Assembly polls and the amendment proposals to them.
