1st-LD: Israeli police ends second interrogation of PM Olmert

JERUSALEM, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) -- Israeli police on Thursday concluded their second interrogation of Prime Minister Ehud Olmertover his alleged unlawful intervention of a major Israeli bank's privatization tender.

Police spokesman Michy Rosenfeld said the investigation of the prime minister himself has been completed, and there won't be another questioning of Olmert at this time.

The Israeli police on Thursday morning questioned Olmert for a second time at his residence in Jerusalem, which lasted about fourhours, over his role in the privatization of Bank Leumi, a major Israeli bank, in 2005.
