The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, (866) 366-3723, uses
a "risk-based" inspection reporting process for restaurants and
other food handlers.
The following inspection reports were completed in March and
April:
Achenbach's Pastry Inc., 375 E. Main St., Leola, March 27. There
is no handwashing sign at sink in store. Ice in handwashing sink. A
handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than
handwashing. Gap at bottom of garage door needs to be closed. Food
handler wearing a bracelet. A container of spatulas stored with food
contact surfaces up.
Bareville Fire Company, 211 E. Main St., Leola, March 27.
Chemical sanitizing dishwasher is not dispensing ...
