LITITZ: Lititz police arrested Robert J. Garvey Jr., 44, of 600
West Third Ave., Lititz, for suspected drunken driving from
investigation of a reported hit-and-run accident at 7:53 a.m.
Thursday in the 500 block of West Second Avenue. A witness saw
Garvey's Honda leave the scene after it struck a parked vehicle,
Sgt. Kerry D. Nye said. NEW HOLLAND: Lancaster state police arrested
Israel Romero, 28, of 96 Akron Road, Ephrata, for suspected drunken
driving following an accident at 1:23 a.m. Sunday on North Railroad
Avenue at East Broad Street in New Holland, borough police said.
Romero's vehicle sheared off a utility pole at the intersection,
police said.
