BEIJING, April 13 (Xinhua) -- Olympic Committee officials from some countries have voiced their opposition to attempts at boycotting the Beijing Olympic Games to be held in August this year.

Cuban Olympic Committee President Jose Ramon Fernandez reiterated Saturday that Cuba rejects any attempts to boycott the Beijing Olympic Games.

Cuba defends China's right to host the Olympics without any pressure from outside, Fernandez said at the 4th Cuban Olympic Games in Havana.
