SOME former members of the infamous Deva gang could be behind the
RM3.5 million heist at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport last
week.
Sources told The Malay Mail yesterday that this could be the case
as the KLIA heist was quite similar to the modus operandi used by
the robbers.
It was also learnt that some dissatisfied members had decided to
leave the Deva gang as they felt denied of a fair share of the loot
collected in other robberies. However, information on the gang
remains sketchy.
The sources also said police have identified some of the suspects
in the KLIA heist based on several leads.
The investigation was also boosted by the discovery of grainy
images captured by closed circuit ...
