KENNEWICK -- Avenging an earlier loss, Sunnyside moved into a
share of the league lead with a 3-0 victory over Kamiakin in
Columbia Basin League 3A boys soccer Saturday at Lampson Stadium.
Luis Perez's penalty kick in the 11th minute gave the Grizzlies
the early lead, and goalkeeper Joaquin Perez preserved the shutout
with three saves.
Sunnyside's improved to 7-3 with Eastmont, which knocked off
previous leader Eastmont 1-0 in a shootout.
