WASHINGTON, April 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --Family Research Council (FRC) President Tony Perkinsreleased the following statement criticizing Congressman Henry Waxmans biased abstinence education hearing today before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
