The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is the king of the national festival circuit, dominating in economic impact and beating out all but the Chicago Blues Festival in attendance.

Jazz Fest typically has an annual economic impact of $300 million compared with other festival heavyweights such as Lollapalooza at $106 million, the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival at $18 million and the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival with $5 million.
