OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 6, 2008) - The Portrait Gallery of Canada, a program of Library and Archives Canada, is launching its first national biennial Commissioning Program and we're inviting all Canadians to help us choose subjects for three portraits this year!
